Morning Routine

Routine is important to me. It’s important to manage my mental and physical health and it’s all become a bit lost recently.

My routine generally has gone, and I need routine. Routine keeps me healthy and happy, even if others might think it restricts what I do, it allows me to manage my medical conditions so they don’t overwhelm me or become worse.

Sea Life

I hate the sea, yes you read that correctly, although, hate is probably inaccurate. I love looking at the sea, I love being on the sand, I love looking at the creatures in the sea, I hate being in it or on it.

I don’t know what it is but I just don’t like it. I do get very sea sick on boats so that is a factor but it’s more a fear of whats in there that might eat me.

Adulting Sucks

Seriously, who’d want to be an adult? I still don’t think of myself as the adult, I spend a lot of time looking for the adult and realising that it’s me. Paying bills, thinking about council tax, paying the tax man – that one really sucks, urgh.

Autumn is on it’s way

I love Autumn, I’ve said this before, in fact in one of my very first blog posts, this one right here Autumn Baby
So you see, I have a long lasting love affair with Autumn. I do love all of the seasons but Autumn is my favourite. I’m definitely more of a cold person than a hot one. I prefer frost and clear, cold days to humidity and high temperatures and after the summer we’ve had this year I’m really looking forward to the colder seasons.

Growing up in the 80’s #5

Hello All! Yes another 80’s post. This one however is fueled by a current news about junk food advertising, you can read the full story here:  BBC News

Growing up in the 80’s and 90’s cereal, sweets, crisps, hell even supermarket layouts were aimed at children getting their parents to buy products. You got toys and collectibles in your cereal, remember those days? Fighting with your siblings about who got to open a new box of cereal first and therefore get the toy?
